The ArcGIS Hub site's Access URLs return ""message": "<insert KML or GeoJSON> format is not support for <spatial reference>. Try downloading with 4326 spatial reference." for KML and GeoJSON formats, even if the layer is not in a non-default projection.

This issue is fixed by ensuring that KML and GeoJSON files accessed through the ArcGIS Hub client or directly through the ArcGIS Hub feed endpoints serve files by default in 4326 spatial reference when no other spatialRefId is specified.Workaround
For formats that do not support other spatial references (per their spec), apply the 4326 spatial reference query parameter `&spatialRefId=4326`.Steps to Reproduce
