The ArcGIS Hub content library search results return additional publicly shared dataset items when an organizational-named user is logged in and dataset field names are searched.

Additional Information
Before this fix, when an authenticated user was searching ArcGIS Hub using the Portal API, ArcGIS Hub would match against field aliases, while anonymous searches would not. With this fix, when an anonymous user searches ArcGIS Hub, the search algorithm will also compare and match a user's search query against data field aliases.Steps to Reproduce
