Workaround
- After creating the web map in ArcGIS for Excel, navigate to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal and open the web map.
- Save the web map again in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
- The web map can then be visualized successfully in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile application.
