The ArcGIS Experience Builder Table widget does not display the selected feature data when using the 'View in table' data action in ArcGIS Enterprise portal 11.3.

Workaround

1. In ArcGIS Pro, create a join between a feature class and a standalone table using the Join Field tool.
2. Export the data into a new feature class in an enterprise geodatabase.
3. Publish the new layer as a referenced map image layer to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3.
