The ArcGIS Experience Builder Table widget configured for map extent will initially show a record count of all records for the referenced data while the map is zoomed in past full extent and cause blank rows to show in the table.

Workaround

The table displays the correct record count if a custom initial view is used for the Map widget. If a custom initial view is not used, clicking the Refresh button for the Table widget will display the correct record count.
