The ArcGIS Experience Builder Survey widget in ArcGIS Enterprise fails to load and returns the error message "The survey is not accessible or does not exist" after upgrading to Chrome version 142.

Additional Information
The issue was caused by a new security permission, "local-network-access," introduced in the Chrome 142 update. The survey widget runtime issue has been resolved by updating the archived Survey123 JS API. Note: This fix does not cover the scenario where the Survey123 installed website is used.Workaround
- If continuing with Chrome, go to chrome://flags/ and set Local Network Access Checks from Default to Disabled, which restores the behavior prior to the Chrome 142.x update.
- Other browsers do not show this behavior.
