The ArcGIS Experience Builder Filter widget sorts values alphabetically by code (stored value) instead of by label (display value) when the field has a domain.

In SQL Expression Builder, for attribute fields, sort by value, and for domain fields, sort by label or domain value. By default, sorting by value is in ascending order.Steps to Reproduce
