This issue is fixed in a later update of the Smart Editor widget. This issue will not be fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.Workaround
To leverage this fix, download the latest edition of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Developer: https://developers.arcgis.com/web-appbuilder/, and get the files for the Smart Editor widget. The widget can be used as a custom widget in their existing ArcGIS Web AppBuilder apps. Refer to the documentation for more information: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/10.9.1/create-apps/add-custom-widgets.htm.
