This issue may be related to the IWA configuration and how Chrome has NTLM or Kerberos authentication disabled by default when in Incognito mode. Typically, these private modes have authentication disabled. This may be changed at the IWA provider level or through a group policy change for the browser.Workaround
Refresh the page to sign in successfully.
