Additional Information

Since the ArcGIS Enterprise portal 10.8.1, significant enhancements have been implemented to improve performance for large member organizations. Specific to this issue, the performance issue related to loading the Organization Members tab is addressed in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal 10.9.0 by removing the problematic userEntitlements call.
