Bug

The ArcGIS Enterprise Patch Notification tool for version 10.7.1 does not allow a user to connect through a proxy server which requires HTTP authentication. When attempting to connect through a proxy server with HTTP authentication, the error message, "Connection to server failed. Check the proxy host name, port and user credentials for errors" is returned. This issue is not present with ArcGIS for Server and the Extensions Patch Notifications tool for version 10.4.1.
