This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
Uninstall ArcGIS Pro and the ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension for ArcGIS Pro 3.5, then install ArcGIS Pro and the ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension for ArcGIS Pro 3.4.
