The suitability analysis workflow is redesigned in the February 2024 release of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App and the issue is not reproducible. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.Workaround
Open ArcGIS Business Analyst in a new tab in the browser and rerun the suitability analysis workflow.
