This is a known limitation. There are three necessities when bringing map layer data into the ArcGIS Business Analyst charts: 1. Data have to be numeric. 2. Data have to be in polygon features to create infographics *Create sites to convert point features to polygons). 3. Able to only represent data for one point at a time (rather than the whole layer) without running additional analyses. (Run suitability analyses on the data to include attribute data for more than one point)

Workaround
