The ArcGIS Arcade error message, "Projection is invalid" is returned when editing a feature service with the attribute rule "LengthGeodetic($feature,'kilometer') and WGS 1984 wkid 4326 projection in ArcGIS Pro 2.7 and Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1.

Publishing the data with the WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere wkid 3857 projection does not display this behavior. According to the ArcGIS Arcade documentation, this arcade expression should work for both Web Mercator and WGS 1984.
