Additional Information

The issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Pro versions 3.0.3, 3.1_41833, and in 3.2_47830. Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 and look out for the soon to be released ArcGIS Pro 3.1.
