Bug
The Append tool returns a warning message, “000594” if a source feature class contains more than 1000 features, a target feature class has a feature-linked annotation class, and also has an index based on a GUID column.

Note that ArcGIS 10.8.2 is the current release of ArcGIS Desktop and will enter Mature Support in March 2024 (https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcmap/life-cycle). There are no plans to release an ArcGIS Desktop 10.9, and we recommend that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. - Before executing the Append tool, drop an index created on a GUID column from a target feature class.
- Remove the relationship class or create the relationship class with the message direction set to 'NONE' or 'BACKWARD'.
