Additional Information
After resizing the annotation, apply the edit before making formatting changes in the Attributes pane. When editing with both the Annotation edit tools and the Attributes pane, edits must be applied in between.Workaround
Make edits in the Attributes grid on the Attributes tab rather than via the Annotation tab.
