Bug
The angle, vertical alignment and horizontal alignment which were set up as the symbol substitution of the annotation feature class are not reflected. It only set the font, font size, color and style.

• The angle can be changed from the Attribute window:- Start Editing > Select a feature > Use the angle option in the Attribute window to change the angle.• The angle can also be changed from the attribute table by changing the angle value inside the angle field of the annotation feature.Steps to Reproduce
