The Align Parcels tool sometimes removes adjacent connection lines when the 'Generate links within tolerance' setting is greater than zero and there is a coordinate transformation applied to the map.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and 3.5.

Workaround

  • Set the 'Generate links within tolerance' setting to zero and repeat the align process.
  • Set the map to the coordinate system of the data.
