The Align Edge tool fails when features are highlighted outside of the designated snapping tolerance in ArcGIS Pro, in contrast to ArcMap, where the tool is unaffected by the snapping tolerance.

Workaround
- Enable snapping in ArcGIS Pro.
- Move the cursor within the snapping tolerance that has been set.
- Identify the snapping tolerance by looking for the snapping label.
- Once the cursor is positioned within the tolerance, click the features to align them.
