Superceded by a new Select Unverified Features tool, released at version 10.1Workaround
To find all unverified features, add the entire feature class of a particular layer with no definition queries set, making sure that it is the first layer in the Table Of Contents (TOC) and run the AQT again. As long as it is the first feature class layer that the tool comes across, it finds all unverified features in the layer.Steps to Reproduce
