The address locator index information is not copied to the GDB_Items table when upgrading an ArcSDE multiple geodatabase model to version 10, with the locator index tables not residing in the SDE geodatabase.

Additional Information
Upgrading from the multiple geodatabases model is no longer supported. Upgrade works ok with the single geodatabase model.Workaround
Copy/paste the address locator into the upgraded version 10 geodatabase.Steps to Reproduce
