The Address Coder toolbar add-in is broken after upgrading from ArcGIS Business Analyst Desktop 10.3 to ArcGIS Business Analyst Desktop 10.4.

Please contact Technical Support if the problem occurs in a supported release.Workaround
1. Close ArcMap.
2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to <a href="file:C:/Users/" target="_blank">C:\Users\</a><username>\AppData\Local\ESRI\Desktop10.3\AssemblyCache\.
3. Delete the folder with the Address Coder toolbar global unique identifier (GUID).
4. Restart ArcMap, and the Address Coder toolbar functions as expected.
