Bug
The add_layer function from the WebMap class of the arcgis.mapping module returns the error message, "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'arcgis.realtime.StreamLayer'" when running in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x.

Workaround
- Under ArcGIS Pro's active conda environment, open the file, "Lib/site-packages/arcgis/mapping/_types.py".
- Comment out line 31, the line that starts with StreamLayer.
- Add the line "from arcgis.realtime import StreamLayer".
- Restart ArcGIS Pro.
