Additional Information

This issue is currently not reproducible while upgrading from ArcGIS Pro 2.9 to ArcGIS Pro 3.0, nor is it reproducible when uninstalling ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and installing ArcGIS Pro 3.0 as an alternative 'upgrade' method.
