The Add Rasters To Mosaic Dataset tool fails with the error message, "ERROR 000732 Input Data: Dataset does not exist or is not supported" when adding rasters stored in a sub-folder of the root in a cloud storage environment.

Workaround

Store the rasters in the root of the bucket and add the rasters from that location.
