The 'Add Edge-Edge Connectivity Rule to Geometric Network' tool does not add the new rules if there is an existing rule on the edges.

Additional Information

As this does not cause data corruption or crashing, we are unable to dedicate the resources necessary to address this issue. We are able to provide 2 workarounds: 1. Add additional rules using ArcCatalog 2. Remove the existing rule - then run the Geoprocessing tool to add all configurations of the rules.

Workaround

Use ArcCatalog to add the rule manually instead of using the geoprocessing tool.
