Workaround

1. Change the renderer on the original colormap file to unique values.2. Import the symbology from the original file to the output file.Or1. After the Add Colormap tool is run, remove the raster that needed to be changed from the MXD.2. Add the same raster back to the MXD and the colormap is applied.
