Additional Information

The Add Colormap works correctly. When looking at the colors in the .clr file, it adds correctly. The data provided with this bug has an attribute table with class names. To have both class names and specified color, user can have red, green and blue in the attribute table.

Workaround

Use the correctly symbolized raster as an Input Template Raster.
