Additional Information
Esri language content, such as content owned by esri_ukr and esri_fr, is not controlled by the Living Atlas configuration option. To disable this content so that it is not present in the portal, follow the instructions in the following documentation link and change the desired languages to false: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/configure-languages-returned-in-search-results.htm This removes the content owned by users from the portal.Steps to Reproduce
