ArcGIS Server limits the REST request size to 10MB by default. To process larger size requests, adjust the maxHttpPostSizeInBytes property: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/enterprise-administration/server/serverproperties/.Workaround
Adjust the maxHttpPostSizeInBytes property of the ArcGIS Server.
