The 2019 Aggregate Number of Vehicles (ACS 5-Yr)/ACSAGGVEH and the 2019 Average Number of Vehicles (ACS 5-Yr)/ACSAVGVEH data are missing when running the Enrich Layer tool in ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information
The data variables are suppressed (no estimates are released) by the Census Bureau because the estimate does not meet the Census Bureau’s statistical quality standards. These variables can be returned in some cases, but roughly 20% of block groups do not have these variables. Thus, if a ring buffer intersects a block group with suppressed data, there is no data available for apportionment and no values are returned.Steps to Reproduce
