Bug
Text questions in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app (mobile) do not automatically go into a completed state when tapping to another question, leading to data getting recalculated on questions with calculations if an invalid answer occurs when submitting.

Workaround
Make sure to select Done on the keyboard when finishing each text question. This will place the question into a completed state and will not recalculate.
