Text questions in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app (mobile) do not automatically enter a completed state when tapping another question, leading to data getting recalculated on questions with calculations if an invalid answer occurs when submitting.

This issue is not reproducible on either Android or iOS.Workaround
Select Done on the keyboard when finishing each text question. This places the question into a completed state and does not recalculate.
