Text files and standalone tables such as CSV files are not repairable when stored in a folder, even when the store relative paths are checked.

Additional Information

Auto repair works within the same workspace and while these files exist in the same folder, text files in a folder with shapefiles are not part of the shapefile workspace.

Workaround

Manually repair the tables data source, or store them in a file geodatabase with relative paths checked on.
