Temperature conversions performed on mosaic datasets containing GRIB rasters in Kelvin degrees do not successfully convert pixel values when using Mosaic Processing Templates in ArcGIS Pro.

The issue cannot be reproduced in Pro 2.1 release.
Workaround
1. In the Catalog pane, right-click the mosaic dataset > Edit Mosaic Dataset Functions.2. Click the Analysis tab > Raster Functions.3. In the Raster Functions tab, expand Conversion and drag and drop Unit Conversion into the raster function window. Connect the Mosaic box to the Unit Conversion box. 4. Double-click the Unit Conversion box and set From Unit to Kelvin and to Unit to Celsius. 5. Validate and run the function. 6. Click around the mosaic. Note that the pixel values in the pop-up are correctly in Celsius.
