Syncing on SAP HANA with non-versioned archiving data causes the feature service process to crash on the server.

Additional Information
The syncing process crashes on the server during the download changes part of the process for an SAP HANA based feature service. The server logs are to report the crash in this case. An upload sync works without errors.Workaround
The ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 Utility Network Patch 10 is now live on the support site. The URL is:
