Supported image formats for PictureMarkerSymbols are BMP, GIF, ICO, JPEG, and PNG. ArcGIS Runtime does not directly support SVG as a marker symbol: https://developers.arcgis.com/qt/qml/api-reference/qml-esri-arcgisruntime-picturemarkersymbol.html#details
