Switching the basemap for a Web Map Service (WMS) in a web map is unsuccessful due to the projected coordinate system although the data is projected in WGS 1984 (WKID 4326).

The ESRI_Imagery_World_2D basemap is no longer available. This issue is not reproducible with other basemaps in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.Steps to Reproduce
