Bug
Swapping source layers on a hosted feature layer view in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and 11.3 (Developer) fails to reflect a new service in the 'Created from:' item and blocks the removal of the old service.

Workaround
Use ArcGIS API for Python or ArcGIS REST API:
- Remove the Service2Data relationship from view item to service item (service 'B' in my case).
- Remove the Service2Service relationship from the service item (service 'B' in my case) to view item.
The only other option for a user is to remove the view and then remove the service(s).
