Additional Information
ArcGIS Survey123 will require the feature service to support Sync on services that use the esriFieldTypeTimeOnly and esriFieldTypeDateOnly field types. Once ENH-000172248 is addressed ArcGIS Survey123 Connect will no longer error out.Workaround
