Surveys do not download in Survey123 for ArcGIS when launched from Collector for ArcGIS. This issue occurs in Survey123 for ArcGIS 3.5.176 on iOS, Android, and Windows.

Workaround

  • Download the survey manually before using the Collector for ArcGIS app.
  • Update to Survey123 for ArcGIS 3.5.177.
