Surveys created from non-hosted feature services are not visible under the 'Surveys I can view results for' section in the Survey123 for ArcGIS website for users with the necessary permissions to view the survey results and when the survey has the necessary sharing settings enforced from the Collaborate tab.

Additional Information
The Survey123 for ArcGIS website unable to manage non-hosted feature services. Features such as Analyze and Data tabs, which take advantage of the feature layer view, are not supported for these services.Workaround
Publish a hosted feature layer and utilize the hosted feature service when creating the Survey123 for ArcGIS survey.Steps to Reproduce
