The difference in speed and performance of Survey123 for ArcGIS on different browsers is expected. The way different browsers handle the same underlying code and web form implementation account for the differences in the form loading time. This is a known limitation.Workaround
Use a different web browser. However, many government agencies, contractors, and organizations are limited to Internet Explorer.
