Additional Information

This is by design. The thousand separator for integer questions are introduced in Survey123 for ArcGIS version 3.2 (ENH-000109073) as part of ongoing support for regional formats. The separator format (comma, space, dot, etc.) is determined by the device locale or language settings. Thousand separators can be ignored using an input mask.

Workaround

Define an input mask for the integer field. Do not forget the (‘) before the 00000000 input mask, so the complete input mask value is ‘00000000.
