Survey123 for ArcGIS 2.8.2 crashes on iOS 11.4 if the Thai or Arabic language is listed in the Preferred Language Order list of the Language and Region settings of the operating system (OS) when the Record Audio button is pressed.

Workaround

The Thai or Arabic language must be removed from the Preferred Language Order list. Once removed, the record audio works without crashing.Android devices are not affected by this bug.
