Schema.ini file must be modified to define delimiter & decimalsymbol.Workaround
The text file's decimal & delimiter notation is no longer valid in French. In the schema.ini file, the following will need to be placed beneath the name of the text file:Format=Delimited(,)DecimalSymbol=.Steps to Reproduce
