This issue will be fixed on ArcGIS Online in February 2025.Workaround
A patch has been released for the ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition version 1.16. The patch package can be downloaded through this link: https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-experience-builder-sdk-resources/tree/master/patches.
