Subscribing to the streaming service fails when ArcGIS GeoEvent Server Services Directory 10.91 uses ArcGIS API for JavaScript versions other than 4.11.

The ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 release supports stream service subscription out-of-the-box without modifying the JavaScript API version. If an administrator changes the JavaScript API version used by ArcGIS Server (and hence by ArcGIS GeoEvent Server), the JavaScript API version chosen must support key operations (like a web-client subscription to stream services).Workaround
Download the local ArcGIS API for JavaScript API 4.11, host it on a web server, and connect to ArcGIS REST API Services Directory.
