No further development of ArcGIS for Windows Mobile is planned by Esri. This is a known limitation with the mobile Smart Data Compression (SDC) dataset, and is not going to be addressed because the mobile Smart Data Compression (SDC) dataset is expected to be deprecated after the 2015 update. However, the Navigator for ArcGIS application is expected to be the StreetMap routing solution for Mobile GIS users. NOTE: Navigator for ArcGIS app is currently supported on iOS devices only and is integrated with Collector for ArcGIS and Explorer for ArcGIS apps.Steps to Reproduce
